Using a small screwdriver, push the yellow lever in and remove the cartridge. |

|
If you find a banknote you have solved the problem. |

Removing the head

Forcefully press the yellow button (2). |
 |
|
With your other hand, grasp the acceptor and pull it down, making a twist. |
 |
|
Lean on a table and open it. |
  |
|
Recover the banknotes. |
