Deposit Account

Once you have logged in, Login will take you to the deposit session.
Where you can choose what to deposit:

• “BANKNOTES” To deposit using the Acceptor
• “SAFEBAG” to deposit valuables using Safebags (sealed envelopes)

The value of Banknotes deposited using the Acceptor is credited upon completion of the deposit.

Valuables deposited using Safebags are credited after verification in the counting room.

Tap COMPLETE DEPOSIT to end the deposit session.

Instructions on how to correctly place bills on the acceptor tray.

Align the bills

Once placed on the tray, do not leave the
bills free to move sideways; move the
note-aligning flaps to keep the
bills aligned.

Note: The flaps should NOT be too wide,
but not too narrow either, as this would
prevent the acceptor from picking up bills
from the tray.

Arrange the bills parallel to the tray

Arrange the bills parallel to the tray.
Do not insert them into the slot where
they will enter the acceptor.

Do not place folded banknotes

Avoid placing banknotes folded or curved
trying to make it as much as possible possible linear with the tray.

Do not touch the bills on the tray

Do not touch or press the bills while the
acceptor is picking them up from
the tray.

The acceptor is designed to pick up the
bills correctly without any weight pressing
on them.

Disturbing the feeding of the bills can cause serious injury. cause deposit errors.

Start Deposit

 Before starting your deposit, please follow the instructions for Banknote Placement.

After placing the banknotes on the acceptor tray, tap the BANKNOTES button on the monitor.

If the acceptor detects the presence of banknotes on the tray, it will automatically begin counting them; otherwise, the screen will display "INSERT BANKNOTES." and after placing them on the tray, you will have to press the "NEXT" button.

Selecting SAFEBAG DEPOSIT
indicates the type of value placed in the safebag that, ONCE registration is complete, you will insert into the BNA F3 safe through the appropriate slot (3).

• BANKNOTES
  Banknotes that the acceptor rejects because they are very dirty, worn, damaged, or foreign currency (depends on the type of configuration.)
   
• COINS
  Note: The BNA F3 safe is not Designed to accommodate hundreds/thousands of coins.
   
• CHECKS
  

Registration

To register the safebag code you can use the Barcode Scanner positioned under the console or enter it manually with the alphanumeric keyboard on the monitor.

To proceed, press NEXT.

Banknotes

Select the currency of the banknotes you insert into the safebag.

To proceed, press NEXT.

Quantity Banknotes

Increment with “ + ” or decrease with “ - ” the number of banknotes per denomination, which you insert into the safebag.

Check

Enter the check number you're placing in the safebag.

If the check number has a barcode, you can use the barcode reader located under the console.

To proceed, press NEXT.

Check Amount

Type the amount of the check you place in the safebag.

To proceed, press NEXT.

Finish Deposit

The final registration screen summarizes the declared amount you deposited into the safe using the safebag.

Press BACK to change the registration or the safebag amount.

To finish and print the receipt, press NEXT.

Deposit Jam

If a jam occurs during a deposit, the voice prompt will prompt you to Remove any banknotes still stuck inside the acceptor, displaying a video showing how to retrieve them.

Once all the banknotes have been removed and the acceptor slots are closed, select the "CONTINUE" button to return the smart safe to operation and continue with the deposit.

Jam Clearing

During the jam clearing procedure, it is necessary to avoid inserting banknotes until the jam is completely cleared. You must also wait for the loading process to finish, and absolutely avoid turning off the system to avoid compromising the recovery process.

Continuous jam

 If the problem is not resolved, carefully recheck all compartments and press "CONTINUE" again
